Payment Options and Insurance
We are providers and "in-network" for most insurance plans, but you should still check with your insurance to see if our physician is on your plan.
At your first visit you will be expected to pay your co-pay for "specialists."
If you require a CT Scan, MRI and eventually a surgical procedure, we will pre-authorize these procedures for you and provide you with an estimate of the amount of your payment before the procedure. If necessary, we will create a payment plan/schedule and contract with you for the balance of your medical bill.
Exceptions to the above include worker’s compensation, auto accident, Medicare and preferred provider contracts.
NOTE: If you do not have health insurance and you are paying for yourself or a dependent, please call us for a "self-pay" quote. You will be responsible for the total amount quoted to you at your initial visit.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express cash or check.
