Olympian Dr. Eric Heiden Endorses Product
CNN’s iReport announces that WaterGuard LLC launches a water-tight bathing sleeve for cast and wound protection. The company states that a percentage of the proceeds from every sale will be donated to two Utah-based organizations: SPLORE and the Park City Sports Performance and Orthopedic Foundation.
SPLORE specializes in affordable, inclusive recreation and education programs for people of all abilities. The Park City Sport Performance and Orthopedic Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to community education and research in areas of sport science, performance and orthopedics. The Foundation was started by Olympian Eric Heiden who is an orthopedic specialist and surgeon with Heiden Orthopedics.
The WaterGuard sleeve is a slip-on, self sealing protection that fits snugly around casts and injured limbs. The WaterGuard keeps water out, while remaining comfortable to the user. Dr. Heiden has been using the WaterGuard with orthopedic patients and is pleased to endorse the product.
